Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Romessa — Founder of Outclass Media.

Before becoming a marketer, I worked in journalism, where I learned how to understand audiences, communicate clearly and tell stories that make people pay attention.

But the idea for Outclass Media came much closer to home.

For years, I worked alongside my grandfather at Bismi Jewellers, his jewellery business. Being inside a real family-run business gave me an insight that no marketing textbook could: great businesses don't always struggle because their service isn't good enough — they struggle because potential customers get missed, old customers aren't followed up with, marketing becomes inconsistent, and there simply aren't enough hours in the day to do everything.

I founded Outclass Media to solve those problems.

We help businesses turn more enquiries into customers, reconnect with their existing database, strengthen their online reputation and stay visible — while taking repetitive marketing and admin off their plate.
